Description

Background: With the rapid rise of e-commerce, online reviews are key for product quality evaluation, yet detailed analysis of product attributes remains a challenge. Content: This study constructs a product quality evaluation system for baijiu on JD.com by analyzing user reviews. Method: that integrates manual labeling and CC score algorithm to build a Baijiu quality word set, and evaluates each quality dimension of Baijiu through fine-grained sentiment analysis and sentiment KANO model. Conclusion: The results indicate that the Aesthetics and Production Process of baijiu products are identified as Feature Salience Dependent Attributes, while Purchase Convenience is classified as a Diminishing Marginal Utility Attribute. Contribution: This innovative product quality evaluation system introduces a novel approach to quality dimension division and the construction of the quality word set, advancing the field of product quality analysis. It also expands the classical KANO categories with two additional attributes for a finer quality distinction.
