Abstract
In recent years, AI-driven conversational tools have emerged as a transformative technology adopted by various industries and fields. As a technology that learns patterns from datasets and offers responses based on predictions, the response effectiveness that influences users’ trust toward such technology and perceived risk remain unclear. In this research, we adopt a multi-study approach and will conduct two studies, consisting of two experiments and a cross-sectional survey, to test the proposed research model rigorously. We expect to contribute to the literature on building trust in technology adoption and the practical management of system use.
