Abstract

This research uses theoretical foundations, including Cognitive Load Theory, Constructivist Learning Theory, Social Learning Theory, Engagement Theory, and Cognitive Aptitude Theory to define measures that can serve as independent variables predicting success in learning complex enterprise systems. Academic professionals and industry leaders can directly benefit by understanding the factors contributing to success in learning these systems.
