Abstract

Contemporary university management faces the challenge of increasing levels of relevance and responding in a timely and objective manner to the solution of problems that limit the sustained progress of universities towards the status of accredited institutions. This context, which demands information that guarantees quality decisions in institutional processes. In this sense, it is that the present work has the objective of developing a procedure that, derived from the needs and expectations of the interest groups, the institutional philosophical framework and the key success factors allows to build indicators that promote alignment and character systemic management by serving as instruments to provide objective information to the decision-making process. It is based on the mixed methodology and the use of methods and techniques such as documentary analysis, interviews, group dynamics and expert assessments among others.
