Abstract

This study aims to introduce various new electronic banking services in Jordan commercial bank, as a result of the government concerns for the development of e-business services in Jordan which includes: Electronic cards, ATM, Mobile bank, Internet bank, Voiced bank, Short messages services, Electronic payment and the effect of these services in customer acceptance and satisfaction. This study will be developed depending on the previous studies and on the new information collection by designing questionnaire, and using statistics to analyze the study assumptions. This study can be understood through the following questions: Does the new electronic banking services assist in the increase number of customers? What are the acceptances of customers for these electronic services?
