Abstract
This article examines the challenges posed by AI projects and how they can be addressed with the help of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other methods from the field of project management. The results are presented in the form of a network diagram. The underlying research method is primarily a qualitative literature review. The lack of relevant literature in the field of research posed a particular challenge. Where necessary, we therefore drew on literature from disciplines facing similar challenges with the topic under review. This made it possible to find solutions and KPIs for success-oriented management for all identified AI-specific challenges.
