This paper aims to present the initial results of the students' evaluation of an information system dedicated to the management of the academic activity, based on the DeLone and McLean's information systems success model. This study targeted the Academic Portal of the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), known as Secretaria Online. The methodological approach used in this work was the case study, with the application of a quantitative methodology for data collection, namely with a questionnaire. This paper presents the consolidated results of the 342 student responses.
