Abstract
This research project aims to explore the discursive enactment of organizations in response to generative artificial intelligence by analyzing the alignment between community and institutional discourses. Drawing on organizing vision theory and IT mindfulness, we expect to propose a typology of IT mindfulness profiles based on the semantic and temporal alignment between these discourses. The methodology aims to employ dynamic topic modeling (BERTopic) to analyze data from X (Twitter) and from the official websites of each U15 Canada university between 2022 and 2026.
