Abstract
An organization’s attentional engagement to cues in its environment is known to drive its actions and behaviors. Based on topic analysis of shareholder letters of ten IT organizations, this research explored how the attentional engagement of IT business leaders has evolved during and after the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
