Abstract
This paper uses a dual mediation model, including workforce preparedness and IT capabilities, to examine the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) integration on corporate productivity. Data was gathered from various companies using a survey-based technique to investigate how strategic adoption of artificial intelligence affects productivity. The results imply that although the adoption of artificial intelligence directly increases production, it's more advantageous when combined with a ready workforce and strong IT systems. Companies that make investments in digital leadership, reskilling initiatives, and ongoing education can better use AI advantages and hence create a harmonic mix of human capital sustainability and technology development. This study is unique in that it presents a complex view of the interaction between technology and workforce adaptability in promoting sustainable productivity increases by means of its dual mediation methodology.
