Description
Online reviews have had an undeniable impact in the field of healthcare. Despite the growing trend of online patient reviews, physician attitudes towards them vary greatly and their effect on physician behavior is uncertain. We propose a study exploring how physicians perceive online reviews through the lens of social-psychological theory and propose a framework for examining the phenomenon of online patient review valuation from the caregiver perspective.
