Description
Social engineering is a common crime that companies have difficulty finding interesting ways to train users to detect. We have created a chatbot that acts as a social engineering victim. After learning the basic principles of social engineering, learners can employ common tactics to better understand how a social engineering attack is structured. We describe the value of adversarial thinking and the architecture of the chatbot. The goal for training with a chatbot in this manner is to provide an interesting way to learn about social engineering.
