This paper describes an action research on the success factors of e-learning projects in corporate environments. One of the most important factors is a pedagogical framework aimed at promoting learning by doing and who structures learning material in activities based on the learners' everyday coping at their workplaces. In this context, the added value of online training lies in the flexibility of access to training and in the fact of promoting connections with colleagues beyond the workplace. Finally, participative systems design and being sensitive to the system of alliances inside the company are also critical success factors of this kind of projects.
