Abstract
This article summarizes two technological research years at the Banque Mutuelle. Our research question was : " How to improve the IT investments strategic evaluation process at the Banque Mutuelle ? " The resulting solutions borrow from the strategy, IT, innovation and Information Economics literature. The experiment mobilized both the top managers and 30 middle managers and professionals. The article describes the new IT investments evaluation process.
