Abstract

Governments make use of internet to be closer with their governed nowadays. Therefore, government sites must be able to be used by anyone who wanted to. The present paper exposes an analysis of three known usability inspection methods (Cognitive Walkthrough, Heuristics Evaluation, g-Quality) and exposes theirs differences and similarities. This paper makes a comparison between them willing to suggest a better usage of them also.
