Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between recovery satisfaction, attitudinal loyalty and behavioural loyalty under the moderating role of perceived risk. And the relationship between involvement and recovery satisfaction is also tested. Structural equation modelling is used in our study. Based on the analysis of 266 questionnaires collected through a professional survey website, we find that perceived risk moderates the relationship between recovery satisfaction, attitudinal loyalty and behavioural loyalty, and involvement has a positive effect on recovery satisfaction. The managerial and theoretical implications of the study have also been provided.
